Estate Sales & Estate Liquidation Services
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
COMPLIMENTARY PHONE CONSULT
- Ask your questions! During this call, we discuss goals and timelines and schedule the Estate Assessment.
COMPLIMENTARY ESTATE ASSESSMENT
- We visit the estate to assess whether a sale would be feasible, and this assessment helps us build out a custom Liquidation Plan for your needs.
YOUR CUSTOM-BUILT ESTATE LIQUIDATION PLAN
- Based on the findings of the Assessment, we create a custom plan specifically for your estate. Some estates need just two days, some need three, and others need multiple weekends.
ESTATE PREP & STAGING
- We prep for the sale by staging the home for an optimal shopping experience, price each item for sale, mark items not for sale, etc.
MARKETING
- Days before the sale, we advertise the sale on multiple platforms, both online and offline.
HOSTING THE ESTATE SALE
- We run the estate sale for you from open to close based on the custom Estate Liquidation Plan we come up with.
ACCOUNTING
- All items sold are enumerated on an accounting sheet that will be sent out with your check.
PAYOUT
- Within 5-7 business days of the last sale transaction, we mail out a check with your portion of the sales proceeds!
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:
- Professional cleaning pre- and/or post-sale
- Disposal of all unsold items that can’t be donated
